Get it crispy. I cut the slices in half, place five slice on a (strong) paper plate, cover with two sections of paper towel, and nuke it for 3 minutes 45 seconds. Let it cool a bit before trying to remove the slices from the paper plate to paper towels.

This is real pure bacon as God created it! The original that fed the settlers of our nation. Well worth the price!

Pasture Raised Chicken Ground

Love the tenders

Maybe the first time I purchased just the tenders and I feel I really got my money's worth because there's no waste. I like to make a seasoned flour with Italian herbs and garlic salt and onion salt and you know all that stuff and then mix that in my flour dip all my tenders in it brown them gently and olive oil and then bake them in the convection oven at about 220° for maybe an hour and a half and I love them they turn out great and there's a nice little juicy gravy that goes with it. Glad you all are up and running again from the hurricane. Sorry about all of the damage down there.

Pasture Raised Chicken Hearts

Amazing quality!

This was my first order from Circle C. I had product in my cart for awhile but never hit the Buy Now button. I felt it might be too costly since I lost my wonderful job and money is tight.
I finally took the plunge and I'm so very glad I did. The taste is amazing, better than any chicken I've ever had. I also bought stew beef and those beautiful golden eggs. The quality of Circle C's products are far beyond what I had hoped.
Knowing I'm not putting any of that awful stuff into me that comes with commercial food is a great feeling. Health is so important and I'm grateful to have found Circle C Farm.
